Soaring Eagle camper construction detail

All Aluminum & Composite Structure

Soaring Eagle Campers uses welded tubular aluminum framing throughout the structure for strength, longevity, and confidence on the road. OV-X campers are built around a simple promise: no wood, no steel, no rot, and no rust.

Solid structural aluminum tubes are welded into the floor, sidewalls, endwalls, and roof components. Those sections are then screwed, bolted, and welded together into a complete uni-body structure designed to hold firm and stand the test of time.

Inside the OV-X, composite materials are used for durable interior surfaces, headboards, and electrical centers. The result is a lightweight truck camper that avoids many of the failure points common in traditional wood-heavy construction.

Built For Long-Term Adventure

Tubular Aluminum Frame

Built Better, Not Cheaper

Soaring Eagle chooses welded aluminum, insulation, composite backing, and self-retracting tie downs because the details matter.

We Could Make Them Cheap, But Then It Would Not Be A Soaring Eagle Camper.

It is not cheap to build campers from welded tubular aluminum instead of wood. It is not cheap to insulate every area, use composite backing instead of luan wood, or craft key interior components from composite materials instead of wood.

Those choices are intentional. They help create a stronger, lighter, longer-lasting camper that is ready for real truck owners who expect their gear to work hard season after season.

No Shortcuts In The Structure
